Bought XL for my Freshman son. He has a closet full of XL T-shirts. He is 6', 240 and a 45-inch chest. Shirts are WAY too tight for him across the chest, shoulders, and arms but fit in the belly. I am between a size M and a size L. They fit me well everywhere, but they are a little too long (because they are an XL). He likes them long and I expect them to be long on him because he is an XL. I kept them (because of their quality - see below) and washed and dried in hot hoping they would shrink a little for me but no luck. I may keep them or give them to some of my similar sized 6' 2" friends.
Quality and Value: The shirt material and construction are very high quality and will not shrink after washing but I don't understand how the XL sizing can be SO different from every other T-Shirt brand. I get trying to make fitted shirts so the athlete looks athletic, but this sizing goes way too far. An XL from this brand is too small for an XL athlete and too long for a M or a L dad. In terms of value, they would be a great value if only they fit more traditionally.
