UDX Brand Ambassador Program FAQ
1. What are the expectations for UDX Ambassadors regarding Christian values and conduct?
UDX Ambassadors are expected to make a sincere and consistent effort to model Christian values in both their content and their personal behavior. We seek athletes who strive to reflect integrity, humility, kindness, and faithfulness in all aspects of their public presence. Representing UDX means not only wearing the brand but embodying the spirit of our mission — to glorify God through sport, lifestyle, and influence.
2. Does UDX guarantee that my content will be reposted or featured on its platforms?
UDX does not guarantee that we will repost, share, or interact with any content created or posted by ambassadors. All ambassador-generated content is subject to internal review at our discretion. While we deeply appreciate and value every piece of content shared by our community, final decisions on reposting or featuring material remain solely with the UDX social media and marketing team.
3. Does UDX review all content submitted by ambassadors?
We ask for grace and understanding that UDX cannot possibly review every piece of content we receive. Due to the large volume of submissions, our review process prioritizes select content that aligns most closely with our brand direction, campaign goals, and core message.
4. Are ambassadors allowed to share their promo codes on UDX’s official social media or website? What is the official Policy for marketing promo codes?
No. Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from posting, commenting, or sharing their personal promo codes on any official UDX social media pages, website comment sections, or UDX-hosted online communities. Engaging in this behavior constitutes spamming, which is not tolerated under our brand ambassador guidelines. These actions can lead to Brand Ambassadors forfeiting any commissions earned during the duration of their ambassadorship. Enforced action to the highest extent of forfeited commissions and removal from our Ambassador Program is at the sole discretion of UDX.
5. Where and how should I promote my UDX promo code?
Ambassadors are required to use ethical marketing practices when sharing their promo codes. Codes must be shared only through your personal social media accounts, content platforms, or direct community engagement channels. Promo codes may not be promoted through paid advertisements, comment spam, or on UDX’s own social media accounts. Falsifying any kind of comments, posts or product reviews is a direct violation of our marketing policy.
6. What happens if I promote my code on UDX’s platforms or violate the promotion policy?
Any commissions earned through unauthorized promotion (Social Media Comment Sections, Website Product Review Sections, etc.) of your UDX promo code on official UDX platforms will be subject to review and may be forfeited at the sole discretion of UDX if deemed in violation of our Ambassador Policy. We qualify these actions as SPAM. We take these guidelines seriously to maintain fairness and integrity within the ambassador community.
7. How are ambassador payouts handled?
UDX Ambassador payouts are issued in $25 increments. The first payment will be made once an ambassador has accumulated a minimum of $25 in earned commissions. This qualifying amount allows us to manage the high volume of athletes participating in the UDX Ambassador Program efficiently and fairly.
8. How do I track my sales and commissions?
Ambassadors will have access to their own affiliate dashboard (GoAFFPRO), where they can track referral sales, commissions earned, and payout progress. Updates are processed in real-time or at regular intervals as specified in your welcome documentation.
9. When can I expect to receive my payout?
Once you have reached the $25 payout threshold, payments are typically processed within 7–10 business days of the end of the payout cycle. You will receive confirmation via email when your payment has been issued. Payments are made via paypal at the email provided when you sign up to create your Ambassador account.
10. Can my ambassador status be revoked?
Yes. UDX reserves the right to suspend or terminate an ambassador’s participation at any time if their behavior, content, or promotional practices are found to be inconsistent with our brand values or in violation of program policies. Our goal is to maintain a community that honors Christ, promotes positive influence, and upholds ethical standards.
11. What type of content does UDX encourage ambassadors to create?
UDX encourages ambassadors to produce content that is authentic, uplifting, and reflective of both their athletic lifestyle and faith journey. High-quality visuals, thoughtful captions, and personal storytelling are all great ways to engage audiences while representing UDX values.
