Arrived perfectly fine. Neck is a bit small but I have no problem putting it on or taking it off. Love the little note it comes with.

Neck was too small

This was an early purchase for a gift and it was great except the neck was too tight. Unfortunately it got washed and now beyond the return widow. I should have gone for the larger size.

Great product and great customer service

Let me start off by saying their sweaters are great! My son who is 11 absolutely loves their clothes. I have washed the sweater so many times and it’s not even the slightest ruined. For Christmas my son has asked Santa for the black jumpsuit and the wrong size came. Thankfully they responded less than 10hrs and sent out the correct size immediately and it arrived so fast. They are a great company with a great message! We will definitely continue to order from them for years to come!
