I am aware you don’t do refunds. I ordered a shirt that was a Christmas gift and was supposed to receive by Christmas. Closer to Christmas I received tracking information stating the shirt would be delivered December 27th. I emailed and was told I could reorder with express shipping which I did which cost $40. Ms. Sanchez said they would make an exception and refund for the first shirt. I returned the shirt but have not received a refund. I have sent both order numbers but Ms Sanchez says I’m not sending the correct information. I’m not sure what else to do. If I don’t get a refund, the total I spent for one shirt would be $155.00. I did what I was supposed to do and I don’t understand why you are having a hard time finding both orders. They should be available under my name and I have emailed the order numbers as well. Your company needs to have a phone number for contact.
