Package was lost and undrdog filed a claim to which was closed in their favor due to no actual evidence it was delivered yet refused to refund me (even though they were refunded). Offered to send me products that I didn’t order or “size ups” which wouldn’t have fit anytime soon. Audrey was very condescending and not the Christian representative I expected from a brand that prides themselves on that. Her emails were threatening and even questioned why I would request a chargeback. Hundreds of dollars spent, no product, and nothing but abysmal customer service.
